Hintergrund
Mit der Befähigung weiterer Tools in der Kabelbaumkonstruktion, Stecker mit mehreren Bündelanschlusspunkten modellieren zu können, ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, diese Bündelanschlusspunkte so eindeutig zu bezeichnen, dass diese in den verschiedenen Tools wiedererkannt werden können.
Während es bisher also genügt hatte, über die Teilenummer das Bauteil eindeutig zu identifizieren, ist jetzt auch eine Identifikation von Elementen innerhalb des Bauteils erforderlich.
Im VEC gibt es die Benennung des Bundle Connection Points (=SegmentConnectionPoint) als Identifikator (identification). Dort wie in CATIA sollte ein gemeinsamer Name verwendet werden.
