A DataPoint represents one set of values in a MultiDimensionalValue. It contains multiple DataPointValues, one for each QuantityKind referenced as dimension. Each DataPoint thereby defines a complete point in the value space.
Each DataPoint shall define a DataPointValue for all dimensions of its MultiDimensionalValue.
